All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax)
For all accessory orders within Australia our shipping rate is calculated per order using the Australia Post API. Any part or product that has a volume outside of Australia Post’s size parameters will need to be picked up in store at 49A Dixon Road, Rockingham WA 6168. All stocked items will be shipped within 1-2 days. We only accept and ship orders within Australia.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If you order an item that is out of stock we will notify you within 72 hours by email. If for any reason we are unable to ship your item within 21 working days we will notify you by email within that time.
Stock availability is updated regularly. Should the store sell out of the item prior to the stock update we will be unable to accept the order and you will be notified as soon as possible. All goods will be shipped from Motoshop Rockingham via Australia Post.
Returns and Exchanges
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, however we can provide store credit or exchange the item if the item is in saleable condition, with tags still attached and the original purchase receipt is provided, within 14 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for all freight on returned or exchanged items.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on
- Special order OEM parts.
- Any motorcycle helmets.
In the event of a faulty item, we will refer the product to the manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
